Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • PortNexa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for further assistance.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Address & Delivery Issues
